Got a new version, no go... After disabling the audio throttle and v-sync it got ok tho, so thanks for the tip. I'm still kinda new using Dolphin ^^
Hello.

I running the japanese (ntsc) version and getting between 50-65 (pretty playable) in game on Dolphin 2.0.

Does the PAL version will run 100% constant here?

I'm using a Asus G51VX notebook.

P7350 2.0GHz (overclocked to 2.4GHz)
GTX 260m (9800GT desktop equivalent)
4GB ram
etc...

Thanks!
yeah, maybe, but it might be less smoother......
Hey, I just got dolphin again after a while of not using it. I'm wondering what the best plugins and settings are for MKwii. I grabbed the latest version and launched it stock and the FPS were fine but the game was running in slowmo, whereas in the older rev i had it was pretty smoother other than some hiccups at the beginning and end of each lap.

So if anyone can list or show a screenshot of their settings i'd much appreciate it. Like this EFB stuff i dont remember being there before. My rig is a 3.8ghz quad, gtx 260, 8gb ram, win7 x64. Thanks
Ok so i got it running pretty nicely now. But the issue i'm having is that the games speed doesnt seem right unless the FPS are right around 60. At 1080p the game sometimes dips into the 50s or 40s when a lot of stuffs going on and the game speed is slow. But if i lower resolution to around 720p there are times when it gets up near 80fps and is really fast. The menus are also super fast at a few hundred FPS, but thats not a big deal, i just want the speeds during the races to be more consistent. Would i want to use frame limiter or vsync or what to do this?

Also, what is the best DSP for the game? And how do you disable the mini map? heard i gives some more FPS. Also, if i set my fullscreen resolution to anything other than 1080p the picture has black borders around it and it does not stretch to fill the screen like in previous versions, and i cant find the setting.

*edit* well got my performance pretty stable with vsync i think. Only once in a while a race will suddenly slow down for a lap or two and then return to n ormal at random. Also, my Miis face is blank 90% of the time, seems any expression but the default one doesnt load. Is there a setting or any way to change this?
