I cannot imagine it to be a complicated issue, since everything is showing normally in the grand prix...maybe it has something to do with the ghost.
Most likely related to logic blending not being supported in directx (especially since time trial works fine in opengl). Supposedly we're emulating that as close to perfect as possible with dx9/11 already, so this is unlikely to ever get fixed...
EDIT: d'oh, just tried with dx11, and time trial works fine there as well... might be an EFB alignment issue then...

Oh, it works right with the DX11 plugin? Big Grin
Now I hope you can figure out why on nvidia cards Mario Kart Wii is totally F***ked up with DX11 plugin Undecided
Ah yeah, with EFB -> CPU access, it also looks right with the DX9 plugin Smile
Now only the ghosts are still crazy but I doubt that has anything to do with the graphics department, eh?
^^ the sky too? (btw why the double post??)
Runs pretty slow here... I mean, the fps aren't bad, i'm getting 30 ingame, but the game itself runs in like slowmotion.

any hints?
hm...can't be with your specs...
try disabling VSync and audio throttle if you haven't already...
