yea i get full speed wen racing but on d game menu wen choosing races(wen d OK appears) d game slows down den back to full speed again
as for dat its fully playable
Wow, runs awesome here on the default settings I use for most games, with D3D plugin. I don't see any difference with idle skiping so I have it enabled. I also have EFB copy to texture enabled.

Dolphin rocks !
When I press start it shows the classic controller (which I am using, emulated to a gamepad)

It says L shoulder button for "use item" ? Right ? Which button is that on the classic controller button maping ?

EDIT: Nevermind, it's the "left trigger", I got confused with normal triggers.
mario kart runs perfect? that emulator? as is the configuration?

Im suprised my crappy cpu can get good frames on this (20 to 37). On grand prix. Wile on Time trial it goes up to a solid (30 to 50) fps Big Grin! Slowdowns are rare but drop down to 17 fps thats just in grand prix. So not bad for my pc *specs on my sig*

Your graphic card is a nvidia 6150, pretty much outdated.

You need to change the graphic card if you want playable speed in Mario Kart Wii, some people may say that graphic card isn't important for Dolphin but it IS very important too.
I went from a Radeon HD 2400 to a Radeon HD 3650 with no difference at all in fps and those cards are very far a part as far as performance. As long as the video card is capable of displaying games on-screen, then that is all that matters.

I went from a crappy Ati HD 4350 to a nvidia GTS 250 OC and i saw a HUGE difference in dolphin (both Wii and Gamecube), you can see my pc spec in my signature.

With the HD 4350 i got horrible FPS in all the games i tested even in 640 x 480 and native resolution, and opengl was dog slow so i had to use direct3d9 to play, with the GTS 250 it doubled the FPS i had before and i can use opengl in high quality and Mario Kart Wii is almost full speed, 52 - 60 FPS.

That's why i'm saying having a good graphic card also helps in Dolphin too.

Edit: As long as you put "copy EFB to GL texture" you will have a huge FPS increase with a good graphic card of course.
