I was already impressed that after a recent update from r4711 (I had already become used to Dolphin not gaining any speed increases anymore after a few hundred revisions) to about 4867 my FPS in MKWii went from 30 to mostly fullspeed, but that really kicks ***!
you're right ,my dolphin 4530 only run tales of symphonia 30-40 fr/s butwhen i upgrade to 4867 always 59-60 fr/s awesome
Hey I have Mario Kart running on 2 system. But when I am running it on my weaker system hich is my htpc, I get FPS around 37 or so.
Question 1: The system has an AMD AM3 Athlon II X2 250 BOX Dual-Core L3 2MB Cache 65W 45nm 2x3.0, would it remarcably improve performance if I upgraded to another CPU?
Question 2: Which is the FPS when playing Mario Kart on a Wii?

your graphic card(GC) ?Even if you upgrade to core i7 your GC and ram still weak can not run full speed ,mine is 9800GT Nvidia GF,ram 4GB ddr3 1600mhz(desktop) and Nvidia 260GT ,ram same (laptop) or above
i run it 30 frs when playing cause of my CPU pentium D 3G slowdown the performance,most 50 frs on my laptop asus ul50vt gaming series
what? he didn't even talk about his ram. Dolphin doesn't care about ram speed. Just cpu performance.
Any way to get rid of the blue box in the top left corner? Still occuring for me in latest revs with OpenGL and D3D.

So another CPU would be the thing to buy to get better performance?
by the way I have another question concernnig the unstable releases: Although I have read about other experiences, I have not experienced any boost in FPS, on the contrary it runs much slower..

what do you mean "messed up"! i have both Pal and NTCS also work fine for me
