Some how I magicly got Mario Kart to work but then I get an "IOCTL_NWC24_REQUEST_GENERATED_USER_ID Warning" then I get "Data Is Corrupted" then "Cannot write to/read from Wii System Memory. After that it wont go any further.
I have no idea how I got it to work but thats as far as I can get...

I have the pal version
Any ideas?
I have the NTSC version and I too have that exact problem. It must be a new bug introduced in the latest builds.

1. It appears to not be running at 1x speed more like 0.80x speed. Everything appears just a little bit slow both video and sound. It runs very smooth with almost no hiccups. With my current computer setup (see signature) I average 20-25fps, accept during opening scenes and in the menus. I am not sure whether this is a hardware problem (too low fps due to weak specs) or there is a setting that will fix this. Currently I am running the exact settings at the beginning of this post. The only exception is that it is not Fullscreen (see below). I have tried lowering AA and resolution settings but these do not seem to affect my fps dramatically or make any change to the speed issue.
2. The other problem is that if I run it with the fullscreen setting checked the game window first opens at the bottom right of my screen rather than the center. If I switch to fullscreen I get only white with all the sounds. (It seems like it is running but it is opening the window outside the area of my screen). Strange?
If anyone has an idea or knows a thread that handles either of these issues it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
1. Get a faster cpu.. or wait until Dolphin can run it faster. Some games are more demanding than others, thus they'll run slower.
2. Configure your full screen video resolution in the gfx plugin to match your actual desktop resolution.

This has been widely covered already. I have the PAL version so I don't know if NTSC works at all. To avoid the first error message disable "Use panic handlers" checkbox. To go ingame you need a savegame (this link
http://www.dolphin-emu.com/forum/viewthread.php?thread_id=776&getfile=3526 is for Pal)
Whats the best version, PAL or NTSC? Both has the same problem?
Thanks
I need a save game for the NTSC version please....
Hi,
My hack for SMG works for Mario Kart Wii.
But there was some problem.
On the first menu (to choose the license) with SMGhack enable the menu background turns black but you can see the cursor (while SMG is disable if you do not see the cursor but the font is normal, In the menu everything works until after the launch of a race.
The activation hack in a race to see the shadows disappear and the black rectangle. But if the hack is activated during the loading of the race could not see the "mini map" just the heads of characters, you must enable the hack only when the "mini map" is displayed.
Without hack :
With hack (and the god process) :
Two games with one hack, GREAT JOB Val532

Does this hack affect speed? Lower or higher? Anyways, keep up good work!
