All Advanced Settings: On

Progressive Scan: Off
Eur60 Mode (PAL6): On

DX9 Plugin Config:
Safe Texture Cache: On or Off doesn't really matter
EFB to CPU: On or Off
Windowed Resolution: 800 x 600
Fullscreen Resolution: Same
16x anisotropy: On
Everything else Off

DSP-HLE config:
Enable HLE: On
Enable DTK: On
Audio throttle: Off
RE0 audio fix: Off
DSound

And those are my settings works fine for me

Huh....tried all that. Maybe its the Pal/NTSC difference then. Can anyone confirm the PAL version works properly on the latest revision with the DX plugin?

Pal works fine, opengl is better though
maybe the difference is in the graphcard, since in 4493 with nvidia many are getting only black screen in d3d...
I've same probleme with ati...
I'm running the pal version with an ATI 3850 card on 32 bit fine apart from the upper left quarter of the screen being darkened & blurrish.
same for me here, ati4890
might be however i use neither Nvidia or ATI i use an Intel chipset graphics card and game runs just fine for me
I'm running an Nvidia 8800Gt/ Pal version of game/DX plugin/Win 7/ 32bit Dolphin (64 bit doesn't have rumble). I just get 3 offset overlayed images during gameplay = unplayable. I'm pretty sure I've tried adjusting every option possible to get this working, but I just can't. There's definetely something going on here given all the different experiences people are having.

yes, you start reading this thread and discover were all experiencing the same issue, which was even worse in the old builds.
Use opengl, play round with the efb settings during gameplay, you will get rid of the black box. Efb to ram if I remember correctly. I have everything else on stock settings. 40-60fps at 1280x768. Latest drivers on a 9600gt.
