I know there is a build here (
http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-emulated-motion-plus-unofficial) that has motionplus emulation, but it is extremely out of date making Skyward Sword at an unplayable framerate and pointer glitches. Could the developers please merge this into the master branch or make a new branch giving updates to this build please?
Email JP from that thread, I'm sure he will give you an updated build if you were to ask. Maybe one day he will get his Emulated Motion Plus stuff merged in, but probably not anytime soon.
It'd be much better to just use an actual Wii Remote with MotionPlus anyway. Emulated MotionPlus just ruins the game and isn't very much fun, from what I hear.

It's a little expensive though, and considering I'm going to play it later (I'm on Wind Waker right now) I guess I'll just wait until it either drops in price or Dolphin emulates it, but from what you said, I'll probably buy it later (I can't just buy anything unless I got my dad's permission).
Edit: now that I think of it, what if the speed gain of the new version is not enough to make it playable. Now that I thought of that, I don't care if the motionplus is fully emulated, but maybe make a switch to tell the game that it is there. You won't be able to control anything, but at least you'll know if it's worth the money to buy the controller.
It's already been updated. You can find the code on Jpeterson's github, if you can compile it yourself.

It's not, but still way better than using a real one.

Where is jpetersons git? All I found was an old 3.0 based build on Google.

...Maybe I'm weird, but I actually enjoyed the M+ controls and I have no idea what the fuck is wrong with people who kept having problems with them. Am I the only one around with everything properly set up and with a non-broken Wii Remote? :\

I didn't have problems with the controls (well, it did cause a rather extreme amount of pain to my wrists when playing for a while (ie my first playthrough was done in one sitting), but large amounts of painkillers mostly solved that), it was just dumb as fuck. At least the bird/swimming sections were mostly pretty short. That stuff was just terrible.

Let me guess... you speedran it on your first playthrough, didn't you? The game takes like 80 hours normally, so you certainly didn't play it through in one sitting by just playing it as the devs intended. The bird and fishing sections are a tiny tiny piece of the game, but when speedrunning you can't blast through them as fast as the rest... figures you'd be hung up on them. Speedrunning doesn't fit well with a lot of games, so you should never do it on the first playthrough.
