Assume you have an Nvidia card .

1. Turn off thread optimization in Nvidia control panel
2. Turn off triple buffering and v-sync in Nvidia control panel

Not sure about the first but vsync doesnt really need to be off i dont think unless you have a lowly card because that has nothing to do with emulation

v-sync should be the last one from bottom
thread optimzation should be the last 3 from bottom
i cant believe it works!!!!!
good hear to hear . However , without v-sync , screen tearing may occur .

Besides, just wonder if somebody know how to convert the following value (personal favour)

FrameLimit = 0x0000000c (limit to 60)
FrameLimit = ??????????? (limit to 70)
we must put it on or off?
will we have problems with other games?
Frame limiter sucks... just dont turn off the throtle in the dsp settings and you dont need to limit frames
