right now i am using 1.5x native so its 960x792 and thank you for referring me to that post.
EDIT: I think i have found the best possible settings for my dolphin 3.5 stable setup. Games like The Last Story and Pandora's Tower are running great even in Lazulis City for TLS. Here are some screenshots:

This one is me just running around lazulis city [sometimes my fps stays around 30 with 100%]
