A friend wanted to buy a Sapphire HD4670 1GB DDR3 , but when I checked today in the website It said that they don't have more of them. So ... What GPU would you recommend to my friend ? ( equivalent to the first one )

ATI: http://pcfactory.cl/buscar_productos.php?g=454&sc=334
nvidia: http://pcfactory.cl/buscar_productos.php?g=378&sc=334

Are there any other sites you can buy from? The 9600GT isn't a bad card, but 1GB is overkill for the the 128-bit memory interface. You might as well spend a little more for the Zotac 9800GT.

Radeon 5750.
40nm transistors (vs 65 nm), less power consumption, less heat, more overclocking (or durability).
Similar performance as GTS250 (better price on that site).
That, if he doesn't care to pay a little more.
Too f*****g expensive xD ( I forgot to set the price )

It have to be between 70 ~ 80 k ( Between 70.000 and 80.000 chilean pesos )

The Zotac 9800GT fits perfectly , and I think that a GTS250 is too much for a e7500

Not really, a GTS250 is a relabeled 9800GTX+ I believe. Hardly better than a 9800GT. Prob 20% boost at most.

e7500 has plenty of beef pretty sure the card will bottleneck before the cpu does.

EDIT: Oh thought you meant in terms that the e7500 will bottleneck the GTS250, now I think you meant in terms that its not worth buying it for an e7500 cause of price? dunno which you meant heh.

At stock, the 550 is faster for Dolphin since only 2 cores max are used; the third core on the 720 would just be sitting idle.
