You can't overclock the cpu in the nvidia control panel. Only gpu. Uh, it does come with the am3 bracket.

Only use it as a last resort.
Though Defaults are set back to normal when your restart your computer.

Actually you can set a profile to start up @ windows startup (not recommended </3 bad overclock @ bootup)
