Ok, about the revisions: new revisions are slower, because they're more accurate, this is why you'll always get faster speeds with older builds if compared to newer builds.

About your processor: unfortunately, you got an ultra-low voltage model (i5-3317U), and it won't run many games at fullspeed, Wind Waker is a light game, but test your processor with 4-players in Mario Kart or Super Smash Bros or with DSP LLE plguin, it'll probably suffer from slow speeds...

About Swiss: it's a GameCube binary (PPC code), implementing this code in Dolphin probably isn't possible I think...
Implementing the Swiss widescreen hack in Dolphin is definitely possible, it's just that nobody took the time to do it. We've actually been talking about implementing that for a long time (1+ year) but nobody seems to want to do it.

How do you get this to run inside Dolphin? I am able to load the DOL file for swiss, switch the disc to MGS TTS, change the widescreen settings, and start to boot the game. It gets to 100% and just sits there.

Any ideas?
Swiss runs at 0FPS in Dolphin and it's take forever to navigate the options, I want to enable Widescreen in Timesplitters 2.
I've gotten it to run in Dolphin, but Swiss kinda sucks anyway, very few games ran any better.

I'm sure if Dolphin used individual hacks per game it could get much better results.
I haven't seen swiss perform all that well on my Wii or Dolphin, I don't get why people rave about it being much better. Is there something I'm missing? Maybe I'm just using it wrong.

It's far superior to the widescreen hack used in Dolphin as it patches C_MTXLightPerspective and others.
