Months ago I came to this forum asking about which laptop was ideal to run Dolphin given a limited budgter. Well, I bought the laptop and got my Wii back. I have been waiting to play Muramasa on HD for years and now is finally the time.
What's the procedure? Is there a "definitive" version of the Dolphin emulator or do I have to download a specific one to play Muramasa? How do I "connect" my Wiimote to the laptop?

Thank you very much.
I think any recent version runs the game fine. To connect the wiimote, you either use the laptops inbuilt bluetooth (if it has), or buy a bluetooth connector. If you run windows, you may just try to press 1+2 on the wiimote and press "update" in wiimote config to detect it.
Check out this thread. It has all the known config info:

Check this out for congifuring Wii or GC controller:

Edit:
Damn...ninja'ed
Oh, so you have like threads for specific games. Cool!

I have a question. My laptop has 2 graphic cards, the Intel integrated one and a dedicated AMD card. When I enter dolphin and go the "graphics" tab it only allows me to select the Intel one under the option "Adapter". Does that mean Dolphin is using that card instead of the AMD one? If so, I would like to change it since I'm gonna lost a lot of FPS because of this.
If you can, try setting dolphin to High Performance so it uses the AMD chip. If you turn up the IR past 1x, however, it'll likely start using the AMD chip anyway, though.
Yeah, actually I just tried Super Mario Galaxy 2 and at least the title screen run at 60FPS and I doubt the Intel 4000 could do that. And yes, I set it to High Performance.

So, anyway. How can I point with the Wiimote to the screen? I mean, the buttons work fine, but I when I point to the screen It's like It doesn't recognize it (and this is something I need for SMG2 because it asks you to select an "icon" in order to start a new game file).

You need a sensor bar of sorts. You can buy cheapish battery powered ones etc.

Takes 4xAAA batteries and will take a while to ship from DX.

Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck. Really? I have the original for the Wii (not wireless), can't I use that one with some sort of tweak? Fuckkkkkkkkkk.
Options:

Plug your existing sensor bar into the wii, put the bar over the top of your laptop, and be restricted by the fact that you've got to have a Wii nearby.

Use two candles ~20 cm from each other as an IR light source.

Adapt your sensor bar to run off USB power (this can be complex, and involves replacing resistors and owning a soldering iron and voltmeter).

Build your own sensor bar from IR LEDs (from a shop or TV remote).

Adapt your sensor bar to run off batteries.

Buy a battery powered sensor bar.

If there happens to be one on eBay, buy a USB sensor bar.
Hmmmm, so there are more options. I think I'll stick to games that don't require it for now. Thanks!

Now one last question, more technical than anything: what's the original aspect ratio of the Wii? 16:9? If so, I don't understand it: they make a console designed to run in widescreen TVs (which handle non-HD signals like mega shit) but they don't make it HD? What the fucking fuck. It's like Nintendo never wanted us to really appreciate the graphics of the console.

Now, if you tell me it's 4:3, cool, because the Wii looks okay on a CRT and it makes sense, but then comes another question, is Dolphin forcing 16:9? Because that would be, like, stretching the graphics and would look bad (but I don't really see that happening, I may be wrong though).
