SEE i really dount someone is gonna go trough the wii support page and click okami, so some one please look what i posted http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-wii-okami?page=2
I am not quite sure what you are expecting. It is there and others are free to try it. Are you suggesting that others test it and add it to the wiki as an official fix?

I do not own the game but perhaps those that do would be kind enough to try it.

You've posted some information about a game, that's great. If you're tired of waiting for something to happen, add the information yourself. If you don't know how to do it, learn how. The point is that if you want something to change, find a way to do it yourself. In this case, the Wiki is able to be edited by just about anyone, so you can make it happen if you really wanted to. Keep in mind though, you want to be sure that what you're adding to the Wiki is good information. Changing/adding information to the Wiki would be a bad idea if you're not sure about what you're doing.
@Lumbeeslayer: Your explanation was pretty confused. Try to make a better demonstration. With screenshots for example. And you can post this in the official game thread. Active members and devs regularly have a look to this part of the forum
Your post said nothing about applying it to the wiki page. Why didn't you ask? I traded in my internet mind reader for a dose of sanity a few years ago.

Anyway, I saw it. The reason I didn't post it is because it doesn't work. With EFB to Ram and EFB to Texture, the effect sticks to objects regardless of the camera position. The only way to zoom past it is to make it stick to the screen by breaking it, like turning off EFB copies while the game is running. And that looks worse. You'll have to be more specific regarding what you did.

Honestly, the problem is that the effect doesn't seem to scale with the EFB. Until that is fixed, I don't see any solution for this problem. The game was designed for this effect, and it really does need it to look right.
Yall just dont believe me that this trick fixed the issue even on Dx11 or Dx9, clearly yall dont no anything then just because am a minor on these forums and dont have 6 or 7 stars yall want listen?? that really sad of yall then huh. If yall would have clearly tried to read what i said and test it your self then you would know that simpley useing dolphins free look and navigating with the WSAD keys zooming in to the wall or ground where no visible black textures are seen then simpley going to graphics plugin and checking texture, then pressing shift + R to reset dolphin free look to normal YOU will see that the trick works.
I simpley cant tell anybody anything cause no they want listen to me, but whatever I guess any body that plays this game will never no how to fix the framebuffer issue and enjory the game the way it should look...
jesus and i was just trying to help people out who play this game. Sad

Heres a link to some pictures so yall belive me http://www.flickr.com/photos/96914399@N0...otostream/ just at them there's more then 1 pic just go trough them

That's the sticking trick. Notice how much darker she is, and how the environment was affected as well? It breaks even more effects in places where the EFB stuff is used heavily, like the sky.

Still, you did a good job with it; it's hard to get it without artifacts. I take it you zoomed in far enough that there was NOTHING on the screen, then switched back and forth between EFB to Texture and EFB to Ram to engage the stick while nothing was there? Interesting. Describe the process you did in detail so I can reproduce it.

I did describe the process at best in detail well just go here for video its a better explanation anyways I didn't want to upload it for nothing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wG8MQRUZtDY

step 1.First off start dolphin emulator with efb ram ticked and free look ticked
step 2. in the game navigate with SHIFT + W which will zoom in .right click mouse will allow you to circle the free look camera around ok now that you know the controls if you didn't already no.
step 3. zoom in to the wall or you can zoom in to the ground be using the mouse. But don't zoom in off the map lol. zoom in enough that no black textures appear no black anything.
step 4. go to graphics and tick efb texture now.
step 5. return to game and press shift+ R to reset dolphin free look to normal.
Lumbeeslayer: You're making it really hard for anyone to take you seriously when you talk about forum stars and other things that don't make a lot of sense. I was trying to get you to take some initiative and not complain about other people doing things for you, but obviously my comments were lost on you. I'm really tempted to close this thread, but I'll let it go for a while longer since you seem to have good intentions.
sorry about the way am acting, I just want people to understand my solution for this game, I just want to know if everything i said works, did anybody watch my video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wG8MQRUZtDY
