when you push the reset button a window will appear with run windows in secure mode, run windows normally, run windows with network drivers, run windows with drivers. sry im german and my system language is german so i dont know how to name some things

it is window when you reset your computer there are then options start windows in secure mode with the important drivers, start windows with network drivers and so on hope you know what i mean...

Yeah, DirectX is disabled in safe mode so nothing works.
when you reset your computer a black window with white letter with start windows noramally start windows in secure mode with drivers and so on. i dont know the exactly name because im german and my system language is german too. thats why i write so bad Big Grin

If safe mode works then one of three things is likely going to be true (assuming you log on with the same account inside and outside of Safe Mode):
1) You have a driver that is causing the issue. Safe mode tends to load windows default drivers, so the problem would disappear in Safe Mode if drivers were to blame.
2) One of your applications (like Kapersky) is blocking access/execution time to dolphin. Unfortunately, temporarily disabling may not be enough. To completely remove it as a suspect you will need to uninstall it. I do know that Avast caused me issues with PCSX2 in the past so this may be a likely candidate. Remember it could be any piece of software that runs when you computer boots up. You can get a list by opening msconfig.exe (start > Run)
3) Some people claim that DEP has stopped Dolphin from running. I have never experience this but perhaps you can try disabling it.

tahnk you for your help but what is DEP? I definitly dont think that kaspersky is the problem because my brother got almost the same pc as me including the anti-virus software kaspersky

when i want to disable dep for dplhin, it says that it dont works 64-bit programmes my computer is 64-bit and i downloaded dolphin for 64-bit so i dont think that DEP is the problem
