Any particular reason you're using a 32-bit Operating System instead of a 64-bit OS?

There are tons of Core2Duo's, be more specific.
From what I can gather based on the limited information you've provided, you won't be able to run very many games (if any) very well.

I'm not sure which games I want to run.
I'm using 32-bit Windows because it is all my MacBook will support in Boot Camp.
My Core 2 Duo is the P7350.

You're not going to be able to run anything well with that CPU, you're going to need an entire new computer. An i5-2500K or better is recommended.

I'll be honest, Dolphin's CPU/GPU requirements are crazy. My MacBook Air (i5-2557M at ~2.6 GHz turbo, Intel HD Graphics 3000) is a good bit faster than your MacBook and all it can run is Animal Crossing, which was originally an N64 game. v_v;
