Edit: I figured out the format was [Gecko_Enabled] for the codes that are on,but they still don't work for some reason.
Directory found out,it is...

/sdcard/dolphin-emu/GameSettings/RSBE01.ini

Maybe the cheats backend is broken in Android or something?
Please help me with my crisis before I end up ripping my hair out! XD

You also need to enable this cheat. Try to do the same on your desktop, and copy those inis.

What is the command for Gamecube Action Replay enabling within an ini to clear it up for the guy with that issue?

The file in Github kinda sucks,as it will not bring a reaction from the emulator from missing the default settings.

I copied a freshly made file from my crappy PC with the two codes enabled for infinite jumps that I confirm works on dolphin-DX9-Final-4.0-157-x64 but upon starting the game on my Shield TV Pro with the file in /sdcard/dolphin-emu/GameSettings and brawling,the cheats still failed to work.
The important detail is that the ini file was successfully read since it went single core despite the main setting being on Dual Core and the first loading screen was faster from the disc read speedup setting being enabled.
Reading the ini successfully for changing the core count means I definitely sustained the RSBE01 region of the iso.

The question is WHY won't the cheats FREAKING work?
My assumption of the backend being messed up on Android might be correct.

Edit: I grabbed the latest EmuCR build,ran into not knowing I needed VC 2015 and installed that,prepped it,I know my PC can't use either D3D or OGL so Software mode on frameskip of 9 just to boot it,and it has created the ini file with two cheats enabled after all of that.

There is not much difference to the file with cheats looking identical,so I doubt they will work using this new ini file,but I will try almost anything at this point.

If the backend or other things are the problem,then please look into finding the fix for it. PLEASE!

Edit: New ini from dolphin-master-4.0-8258-x64 with cheats enabled did not work either. :`(

This thread is very old, and the images and things no longer work. So I asked Sonicadvance1 and he said it was time for this to go!
