i will buy Galaxy s4 soon but i do not now , what version from galaxy s4 is running dolphin emu full speed ?

is it Galaxy s4 i9500 or i9505 or i9502 or all ?

None of them . You better list the games you want to play , demanding games are out of the question
Most games are not playable on a Galaxy 4 atm ...not until SonicAdvance1 finish the code . You should wait ....
Whichever version of the S4 that has the Snapdragon 600 and Adreno 320 is the one currently capable of running Dolphin. The one with the eight-core Exynos has a GPU that doesn't support GLES3 features that Dolphin requires, so, uh, tough shit if you can only get that one.

The i9505 is the one you would want afaict
But it won't be full speed. Not even close.

No, it'a not 64-bit
This was 2013. We didn't have a 64 bit JIT 4 years ago.
