How much FPS can i reach in game like WWE Day of Reckoning 1 and 2? and is it necessary for me to overclock? thanks.

for those games you'll likely run full speed on with just regular ol turbo boost.

Is it necessary to overclock for more intensive games? yes. most people around here suggest ~4.2ghz for ivy bridge. which is a very light overclock and fairly easy to do.
Well bad luck is this,the i5 3750k are out of stock for the moment and won't be available till like 3 monthes later due to some important stuff happening and fuck no i'm not gonna waste the whole summer on this so i'm getting the non "k" version of the 3750,will i be able to play Day of reckoning 1 and 2 and below on a decent speed? thanks !
