That is to say; it is nice to say you have that feature, but when it comes time to use it - it will not do you any good.

In case anyone is wondering 'why' it would be because historically speaking, DX10 capable titles usually have performance cut down by a noticeable amount when DX10 is used over DX9. A PCI card (which is slow to start with) playing a modern game that has a DX10 feature (would play it pretty bad) under DX10 mode would be frick'n hilarious.

My suggestion to you. You have a single core cpu right? Save up a little more and build the budget build on rene's pc build suggestion thread thing. That way you can play dolphin and use the computer you have now as your backup... makes much more sense

nvm that dvd drive will work newegg has better specs... I am gonna find all the parts on newegg and post em here
