Strange, from the latest stable release i downloaded from the new website, there is no OpenAL in the backend options, but from the latest release that i downloaded from the old website, it had the OpenAL option.

My DSP Config is in LLE Recompiler, DSP LLE On Thread, Backend Xaudio2 32000Mhz. The general settings are on JIT Recompiler, ticked dual core and idle skipping, and framelimit on Auto without the "Limit by FPS" option enabled.

And in the Graphics Config im using D11, and all the options are the default ones from the emulator, and the game is working as always, if i dont touch the properties of the game, the game runs fine with a horrible audio stutter problem, if i enable Vbeam and disable idle skipping, the game runs on slowmotion without audio problems.

Goodbye!
Scroll down to the development builds. Stable 3.5 is older than any 3.5-xxxx build.

Once you're using a current build, switch it back to HLE+OpenAL. And uncheck "DSP on Dedicated Thread" (formerly "LLE on Thread"), it's pointless when you're using HLE and I honestly have no idea why delroth thought it'd be wise to put HLE on a thread, as brilliant as he may usually be.

Also, the VBeam option is now labeled "VBeam Speed Hack", as the actual "Accurate VBeam Emulation" is now always enabled and is separate from the speedhack it included that caused the VBeam + no Idle Skipping trick to do its thing. (At least, I think that's what happened. skid'll correct me if necessary.)
You are not clear, is the game running in slowmotion only when you use "vbeam trick" or is it always running in slowmotion ?
"vbeam trick" shouldn't cause any huge slowdowns...

Thanks, i downloaded the latest build available (not stable) and i selected the options you said, the sound is working as intended and the game is not running in slowmotion. Of course the game is running under 100% speed but i can handle it completly fine, the audio and the game are synchronized now, thanks a lot, ill see if i can find a way to gain a little bit more performance but is okay as it is now.

When i was enabling the vbeam trick, i was desabling the iddle skipping to, and the game started to run in slowmotion while the audio was working correctly, the other way around, the game was working fine at 25fps but the audio was stuttering a lot.

Well, i think the problem is solved now, thanks to all of you for your replies, now im gonna find a way to speed things a little, but its totally playable as it is now. Again, thanks a lot!

Goodbye!
Hello again everyone.

The reason im making a new reply is because i want to know if somebody played the game till the end. I reached certain part (the first day at hogwarts, the first mission, that you have to go the defence against the dark arts class) when i go to the grand staircase and then i enter the third floor, once i enter that floor, dolphin crashes.

So, i wanted to know if someone played the game enought to tell me if i am the only one getting that error, or if it's because of certain configuration that makes it crash.

Goodbye!

(You can get random crashes though Tongue )
It's highly unlikely that the crash is fixable with LLE if he's using HLE on a current rev. More crashes are from stuff like the FIFO.

Lobialkon, can you try either disabling Dual-Core or enabling Synchronize GPU Thread in the game's config (right-click > Properties)?

With both of them activated the game doesnt start, with dual core enabled, the game crashes at the same point i already said. If i deactivate dual core and enable GPU Thread the game stops after the "EA Games Challenge Everything" part at 0fps and it doesnt continue.

Ill try with LLE, but i think ill go back to the sound stuttering issues.

Goodbye!

EDIT: Okay, after trying with LLE i can reach to load my game and then, when the game loads, it starts and the FPS drops to 0 and it doesnt move from there. I changed it back to HLE and now it isnt working either, it happens the same as in LLE.

Of course you'll get stutterings (if your CPU isn't overclocked). But you can switch back to HLE once you got passed the crash (with in-game saves, savestates won't work)
If LLE doesn't help and single-core/GPU Sync didn't help, it's probably a legit bug that skid's gonna have to fix.
