@Bernadetta EFB to Texture only should always be less compatible than EFB to Texture and RAM so the fact that enabling EFB to Texture only fixes the issue, means that there is bigger underlying issue. Could you try disabling Defer EFB copie to RAM and disabling EFB to Texture only?

All mini games work fine when "Defer EFB Copies to RAM" is disabled.

Disabling "Store EFB Copies to Texture Only" fixes the Mii faces and bar graph issue (of Wii Fit Plus Channel), but it causes loss of performance. Hence my question, is there any workaround to fix this issue in such a way that there is no loss of FPS or performance?

Your CPU (3rd gen mobile Intel U series) is getting really old at this point, and has low CPU clocks, and has low Instructions Per Cycle (IPC). You'll probably want to look into getting a newer computer

Initially when I was registering on this forum, I had filled the details of my i3-3217U, but after a few days of realising that this is too slow, I had switched to my other laptop (i5-7200U). And apparently, I forgot to update my profile.
So, thanks for reminding me.
Also, even though I am able to run most games fine at native resolution on this i5-7200U, but since Windows 11 won’t be supported on it and also to get a more faster CPU, I would soon be buying a new laptop.
