Aww, I was expecting something more interesting in there.
Lemme list some possible fixes for this:
-Set "EFB Copies" to "RAM" (this'll slow down the game a good bit, but it often fixes graphical glitches)
-Turn down or turn off antialiasing or anisotropic filtering (these occasionally cause issues)
-Use a different graphics backend (DX9 or OpenGL; if using OpenGL, check "Hacked Buffer Upload" ("Hack de Transmission du Buffer") for some free performance)

Uh, yeah, that setting needs to be unchecked for the game's blur to work properly. https://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/is...d=2068#c37
Since it's obviously an issue with the EFB, try EFB to RAM?

tried with RAM, 15 fps in town, graphical glitch, but better looking graphism..

Ehh... well, keep poking around with it. If you fix it but the fix slows things down a ton, you can probably overclock your CPU.

You should've read better my post :

But nevermind. The important is that it works fine for you now. Enjoy

Sound crackling is back on Dolphin 4.0 and It's not because it's slow coz even on 30fps and higher it still crackles. I used to play on official 3.5 and even when there are slow downs the sound only plays slower and it doesn't crackle like it does on 4.0. I've tried everything I can. Disabled idle skipping, put DSP on LLE, changed Audio Backend, turned on and off DSPLLE on separate thread and still, the problem persists. The thing is, 4.0 is faster than 3.5 but got sound issues.
