The A4 is slow, the mobile version is slower, what were you thinking? just joking.

i play NSMB on an old Core 2 duo + a Gforce 6200 TurboCache at only 640x480, it runs between 55-60 FPS, runs slow in the maps but heck, it works.

HLE running slower than LLE? that`s odd... we can do away with HLE then.

Actually you do. And you're probably using EFB to RAM without knowing it since it's set by default via .ini file.

Graphical enhancements are not considered when we talk about playability. A game is playable when your system can provide you a decent speed. You can play a game at speed max with low IR/AA/AF. But you can't play a game at low speed with IR/AA/AF max
Can't seem to find it...

But in a previous post of mine somewhere in the forums I posted something about "non demanding games" and for one of them I put Mario Kart Double Dash. Someone responded and sad that time trials are not demanding, but Grand Prix are in fact demanding. So yeah my CPU can handle light weight games, not demanding games, but still play demanding games at playable speeds. For $350, not a bad deal. Anyway who cares lets all get over this the OP is gone anyway.
