Well when I start a game it loads fine and play fine.
The thing is that near the right and left part of the screen, the textures seem to not be there completely.
As I walk forward/move they start to appear/load.
I must of changed a setting.

Can someone kindly tell me what setting I messed with and how to fix it?

ON=selected

Have widescreen on.(force 16:9)
EFB copy On
2x native

Embedded frame buffer:
Skip EFB access
ignore format changes

External frame buffer
ON

Disable per pixel depth
Fast Mpmaps
OpenMP texture decoder

widescreen hack

The ones not listed are not selected/ON
Some games don't work well with the "widescreen hack", just disable that. Also, be sure to update your Dolphin build. The build you listed in your profile is from an unofficial Dolphin site and is really old now. There is a download button at the top of this forum, you can get the latest development version there.
Already I will try that, only happens with some games.

I use the 3.5 and 3.0.
Some games work faster on 3.0,but other don't.
I use both.

I will try the new update to see if it brings more speed.

Can I transfer settings over? Or must I redo the settings.

Also when using 3.0 on some games I get no audio issues and good speed.
With the new version I get audio lag,but a little faster speed.

The settings where the exact same and the audio had problems on the new version.

Old builds tend to be faster. For example latest builds aren't as fast as Dolphin 3.0/3.5 . However they're more accurate and have a lot of improvements.

You can transfer the whole Dolphin/User folder. Or simply User/Config, User/GameConfig (for emulator and games configurations) and User/GC, User/Wii (for savefiles).

With latest builds you need to run games full-speed to get the sound to work properly (with new AX-HLE and LLE)
So if I can't get full speed,stick with 3.0?
The sound seems to work fine on 3.0.

I can get playable FPS for most games I play. 30 fps

I was playing Naruto ninja revolution 1-3 at around 30-60 frames.
Even locked at 30 it is not unplayable.

Any other settings you suggest I should change?
