Broadwell is not a haswell refresh. It's a different chip with a different manufacturing process.
What lamedude means is broadwell has been delayed until 2015. All we're going to see next year is likely a haswell refresh (100-200MHz faster models).

Yeah. Just get yourself a haswell laptop. I doubt broadwell will bring anything worth waiting for.

I doubt increased memory bandwidth will actually boost efb copy to ram performance at all to be honest.
Newegg has DDR3 up to 3GHZ unless you really care about adhering to JEDEC and CPU specs. DDR4 is 1 DIMM per channel so the future proofers even if its futile won't be happy about it.
