Without running Dolphin or any application that demand CPU , CPU will be underclocked automatically . This is commpletely normal

It must be some kind of problem with my PC... Without Turbo Boost it was running fine. But now it is running at 15fps in any configuration just like I mentioned in the first post of the topic. I don't really know what is happening

Once you either undo all the attempts at controlling Turbo Boost or find out how to wrangle it properly, check "Hacked Buffer Upload" in Graphics > Hacks. It provides a nice speedup on Nvidia GPUs due to how the driver behaves.

Now I know what was the problem. Surprisingly it is... My battery. Yes. My notebook battery. I have a weird problem in my charger that sometimes it does not charge my battery. It stays at "connected but not charging" mode. In this mode, Dolphin runs only at ~15fps. Well... Now I'm playing majorly without any overclocks, fullspeed 2x IR. Thanks guys!

Hey guys can i get some help with this same game, i think my computer is pretty good but can barely get over 20fps ingame. It is pretty high at menus and the intro at the beginning of the game like over 100fps but yea here is my system info
