I downloaded the latest version of Dolphin and when I was run it requested a file called "xinput1_3.dll". I put it in the program folder and when I was run it once again appeared that another error message: "The application has failed to start correctly (0x000007b.) Click OK to close the application." My OS is 64bit and downloaded this version. Because I have this problem? Help me!
