I'd suggest opening an issue on our bug tracker at https://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/projects/emulator/issues (you can attach your log files there).

Has anyone succeeded in copying the DLC files from the NAND directory to the virtual SD? When I try moving them using the Wii menu it creates 2 empty folders before giving me an error message and when I manually copy the .app files to the folders nothing shows up (I copied them to private - wii - title -  735a4c45 and 735a4d45). Is there any way that I could trick Dolphin into thinking that I still have some space left on my system? I would like to save the game without having to resort to save states.
To answer to the DLC question, I don't know of anyone that was able to use them through the emulated SD card. The only way I've got DLCs to work is with them on the NAND.

If you're not using an emunand on your wii this is going to be a painfull process to bring them to dolphin, as you will need to download them on your real NAND (and you only have space for about 5-6 songs... maybe), and then copy them to your dolphin NAND. I really suggest getting an emunand going as you will have the space to download as much DLCs as you want basically, and will make the process less painfull.

Also, you need more than the app files in the title folder, there is also a tmd file in there, and the tik files in the ticket folder. Also, to avoid problems with DLCs I suggest using 5.0-2561 or older. It has been known to the RB scene that versions more recent than this one causes problems with customs and DLCs.

I have a question,
Rock Band 3 drums have 4 toms and a set of 3 cymbals.
But dolphin only emulates 3 toms and 2 cymbals.
If I want to play pro drums on rock band 3, that makes me unable to use yellow tom and blue cymbal.
I use the keyboard to play rock band 3.
Is there a way to add the missing drum parts? Or replace the GH drumset?
Thanks

Currently, the only way to play Pro Drums with all 3 cymbals is to use real hardware (either a Rock Band drum kit or a MIDI Pro Adapter) with Dolphin's USB passthrough feature. Dolphin doesn't support emulating it with a keyboard.

Does this mean it could change later?

Possibly. But there are no concrete plans.
Hi, I'm new here. I have seen you guys post about RB2 DLC content, but I'd like to know if it is possible to get the songs that are only in RB2 to RB3. I know this sounds absurd, as you can just play RB2 with Dolphin, but in my case, the only instrument that still works flawlessly is the RB3 Keyboard/Keytar, which for the life of me, I cannot configure it to work with RB2. So, if any kind soul out there can tell me if it is possible and perhaps a little guidance on how to do it, I'll appreciate it very much!
The official method of transferring the songs doesn't work anymore as far as I know (since you can't add the required 1000 Wii Points anymore). Maybe you can do some kind of homebrew solution, but I'm not sure exactly how that would work.

This is actually a little complicated, I don't know where to find the Rock Band 2 songs for Wii. But the easiest way to get any DLC/customs/exports on RB3 is to acquire CON/LIVE files. These are DLC files for Xbox 360 that contain Customs, DLC, or other songs. Then follow this tutorial.

This is pretty much a tutorial on how to convert DLC/Customs/Exports to Wii format and get it to work on Dolphin.
