I have a feeling my .iso for RockBand 2 got messed up somehow or there's an issue with Dolphin. Would it be possible to have someone check my checksums, as I'm not sure where to find the correct ones?

MD5: ce0d6649ddbe5b367f190c76bf6dddca
FST size: 268

For clarity (I haven't attempted to boot it in Dolphin), this is what Dolphin says the name of the game is for the banner (yes, in English)
쓿蔮굕懍ځ諤᪘쓿蔮굕懍ځ諤᪘쓿蔮굕懍ځ諤᪘쓿蔮굕懍ځ諤᪘쓿蔮굕懍ځ諤᪘쓿蔮

Yet it's still recognized as SZAE69 (Rock Band 2)

That is how it appears in Dolphin v 4.0-6807.

However, v 4.0-6027 (still pointing to the same file) recognizes it as Rock Band 2.

MD5 in older version: ce0d6649ddbe5b367f190c76bf6dddca (same as above)
FST size in older version: 201392128

Everything else appears to be the same. Not sure if it's an issue with Dolphin or if it's my .iso. Initially, I thought my .iso got messed up but as it's still fine in the old version I am wondering if it's not my .iso.
bad checksum. redump.org and gametdb are both reliable sources for that

Thank you, will have to redump then. Any idea why it's different between the Dolphin versions?
i don't. because of the nature of nightlies, different revisions will have weird problems
The location that Wii disc names are read from has been changed recently, and the code for reading FST size for Wii discs was broken in the past (wrong endianness).

Sorry I brough this back from the dead, but I am new and I can't make new threads. I have been trying to use an ion drum rocker, and as far as the main 4 colors it works. The problem is the cymbals don't work. And instead it recognizes them blue and green being press at the same time. Iam using the xbox 360 version, but the wii version also has the cymbals and they make a different noise when they are used ingame with the real wii and the wii ion drum rocker. I wonder if that kit can be emulated some how.

Also wanted to post the link to the actual hardware that I am referring to http://www.ionaudio.com/products/details/drum-rocker-wii-model
Dolphin unfortunately doesn't support emulating a full Rock Band drumset with 4 pads and 3 cymbals (it only supports emulating GH drumsets), so using all cymbals is only possible if you connect a real Wii ION kit (or a functionally equivalent device that would be compatible with Rock Band 2 on a real Wii) to a USB port in your computer and configure USB passthrough for Dolphin.

Thanks for the reply. I figured with the amount of peripherals available for the wii this would be time consuming. I was just wondering if any work was being done.

Would buying the wii ion module help any one to develop an emulator for the rock band kit?

Again thanks for the reply.

It would probably help, but the problem is that nobody is working on things like this right now. Without a developer, buying hardware won't improve Dolphin.
