Just enabled for essential programs and services.
What antivirus are you using?
Temporarily disable your anti virus and see if that eliminates the issue, if not, disable DEP and try. The old try and see approach may be needed here.
im not using any anti-virus. I just have the Windows Defender but i tried disabling that and still nothing
Delete everything (your Dolphin folder) and re-launch .exe file
But backup your memcards first
I have re-downloaded the whole folder multiple and everytime it will open the 1st time and when i close it it wont reopen. I have gone into properties and changed the compatibility mode and it has started once and then i will close it and wont open either.
I tried with 3.0 and it does the same thing
