99sec, best out of 3 , player matches , random arena (because some cause slow downs that give you advantages)
who you'll play against will be completely random at first
EDIT: also, to know who won i trust you guys wont lie as there is no way to watch the matches.
Someone can use fraps while play at it to save replays just in case.

I have 2 additional propositions, 1. After every match you have to make a screenshot to prove you've won 2. four round would be much more fun as 2 rounds seems to be a lil short IMO.

best out of 3 is just the best for alot of strategies. also, i like the screenshot. a screenshot of "you win" of the last round will be needed

well, that is cool but some users aren't from here as i invited a few ppl i know
