Have you verified that your dumps are 100% byte-for-byte correct? Find a tool online that can generate MD5 hashes for files and run it in your dump. Compare that hash with one from GameTDB or Redump.org. If your dump is correct, the MD5 you have should match theirs; if not keep redumping until the hashes match.

Try some other things as well, like running this game in Single Core mode as LordVador suggested (Uncheck Enable Dual Core) and possibly uncheck Enable Idle Skipping.

I have already did what LordVador suggested (the result: no, it doesn't help). I'll verify on the MD5 later.
