What are your Dolphin settings? Please post screenshots of the following: click the Config button and look at the General tab. Click the Graphics button and look at the General, Hacks, and Enhancements tabs.

Also, try the latest development build. You can find them here: http://dolphin-emu.org/download
Graphics is Default setting, I never change anything. I search google, I found many people also having the same problem.
And, have you tried the latest revision?
Yes, I have just tested the game with Dolphin ver. 3.5-1233 x64, same crash problem.
Use Dolphin 3.0 (or something older). No crash
LordVador, I have already tried the game with Dolphin emulator ver 2.0 ~ 3.5 and latest development build 1233, same crashing on Level 08 Room4.
Then try to:
- Disable Dual Core
- Use LLE
- Redump your game
"Redump your game" is a very good idea here, because if it's broken on so many goddamn versions of Dolphin (and it's not a LLE-fixable problem since current revs have new-ax-hle and PN03 is definitely an AX ucode game) and nobody else has reported the issue, it's most likely a bad dump.
LordVador, since you said no crash on your previous post, could you please upload Level 9 save here? I want to finish the game.

pauldacheez, redump doesn't help, I done that already. If you google search, you find many people already report this issue.
