Your CPU is very good, but the last story is also very demanding so no you will not be able to play it full speed without OC'ing.

Twilight Princess: yes except in the most demanding parts of the game such as Hyrule Field

Early in the game, Hyrule Field runs fine. Later on in the game however, that area tends to slow down considerably. You probably played the game early on in Hyrule Field when it wasn't as demanding.
yeap if i change the version for 3.0 my phenom drops 5-10 fps playing zelda skyward sword with direct x 9.
direct x 11 is a little impossible..when i press ''Z'' for focus my fps down at 20..really dunno the why

i get 30 fps playing early..late game walking to the final boss at castle i get 24-27..but just walking...if a stop to kill some monster my fps drop at 20-22...the music will slowdown too.

overclock your i7. i have no troubles with hyrule field when my processor is overclocked.. ( just got back up to Gerudo Desert Area Again when you fully unlock the field if the game slows down past this point i would be surprised.)
edit: nvm didnt see you had a regular 3770.
in that case yeah your only choice is an older revision which shouldnt have that many problems with this game and or overclock through the blck but i wouldnt advise that on intel boards.

Yeap i have tried the rev7720 and can run 30 fps even in hyrule full with the all mirror shards...4xssa/1920*1080
and i wont need overclock my gpu ;D
