Just did a check, and my computer says it's up to date.

How do I find that? Sorry if I'm stupid.
Even without turboboost 2.5GHz should be enough.

Woah! I don't know how, but that did it! It hardly even dips below 95%! Thank you so much!!!
Maybe it was running at idle clocks? I don't see how an increase from 2.5 GHz to 3.0 GHz would more than double his performance.
My bad , the multiplier should be 29 , not 30
The i5 3210M 2 cores turbo boost frequency is 2.9GHz

Just be aware that Hyrule Field (and maybe Faron Woods too) becomes progressively slow during the game, it's not an issue...
