Tegra 3 isn't capable of supporting Dolphin due to a couple things
- Lack of 24bit depth
- Lack of fragment shader depth (Only supported by Vivante GPUS and GLES3)
- Lack of sampler objects(Only supported in GLES3)
- Lack of Vertex Array Objects (except on the Ouya)

Probably a few other things I'm missing right now. But those are the main things

Don't worry, I'm still here. Just lurking Smile
Google I/O is happening soon.

Why not wait until then to see if there is a new Nexus 10 announcement that has the driver support you'll need? It will certainly be more powerful than the Galaxy S4 and will most likely cost less as well.
I've been using dolphin for years and I recently started to lurk the forums. Take my donation and good luck with your new project Smile
