Which settings i can change to run in Full Speed?
I only use native an LLE. But the game only run at 80%?
Can help me somebody?

Acer Aspire e1-571G
Pentium Dual Core with 2,2 GHZ
4GB Ram
Nvidia Geforce 620m with 1GB
You typed Core i3 in your profile but you posted "Pentium Dual Core" here . So which one ?
Anyway both of them are too slow for most games . In other word , your laptop is slow

Each game has different settings , different performance .
"Dolphin run at full speed" = "All games run at full speed via Dolphin" ?
Say my laptop can run a 2008 PC game full speed . Does that mean my laptop could run Crysis 3 full speed ? No...
Even i5 3570k @ 4.2 still can't run The Last Story full speed . I hope you will get the idea
That's why you must list the games you want to play
As admin89 said both systems are slow for Dolphin.
Games you mentioned will be playable but don't expect full-speed

If you're looking for a budget PC that can run most games fine with HLE ,either G860 + H61 or G2120 + B75 will do(G2120 is newer and faster)
If you're looking for a powerful PC that can run most games well with LLE back end (DSP_coef.bin ,DSP_rom.bin) . Depending on how demanding the game is , you may need i5 3570K + Z77 mobo and then overclock it
My friend has an i5 3470 and i think a z77 and @ his computer every game runs at 3x and 1080 Full HD Resolution.

I was talking about this system. Playable but not full-speed
His CPU (i5 3470) is still not fast enough for demanding games such as Mario Galaxy + LLE backend , The Last Story , Pokémon Revolution + LLE , ...and a few more games
