Yes. Some games may not run at fullspeed, especially with accurate settings like efb copy to ram and LLE audio but for the most part you're not going to encounter many performance issues and most games should run at fullspeed with accurate settings.

This game is quite demanding but it should run well with your CPU (HLE back end) . Your CPU is not powerful enough to use LLE back end (DSP_coef.bin & DSP_rom.bin) with this game though
