Hey there, just purchased this new card, should be here in 2 days. Anyone else got one or have one being shipped? I'll also post feedback here after I get it, I assume it'll just be higher fps than the 650 or 650 TI but you never know.
I saw a review for it the other day. I haven't seen any good benchmarks for it yet, though I haven't looked too hard yet. It probably won't offer much more than a 650 or 650 ti in dolphin. If nvidia's claims are true it should be a pretty significant boost in pc games though.
I'm running a 630 atm so it should be a pretty dramatic increase. I'm curious to see how to auto overclocking works.

If you can keep your Nvidia GPU running cool enough , GPU will boost to the max automatically
You should buy a GPU that has aftermarket cooler (Dual or triple fansink) , not the lame Nvidia reference design

@Zeikai: What model did you get? After looking at some benchmarks it seems to be just a few fps less than a 660 in most pc games.
The 650 TI boost is slightly faster than the 650 TI and slightly slower than the 660. As you would expect since it's priced inbetween the two. It's priced inbetween the 7790 and 7850 from AMD and performs inbetween those two cards as well.

I wouldn't say giant, I wasn't 100% sure if it was a fan or not, sort of looked more like a ribbed vent.
Also I wouldn't say the new 650 TI boost is worse than a 660. It has a better memory clock as well as better OC capabilities. Even though the 660 has more cuda cores, it's base clock rates are alot lower.

The memory bandwidth difference is less than 9%. And as benchmarks clearly show that isn't enough to outweight the 660s superior shader throughput. I'm pretty sure that the 660 won in every single game that anandtech and tomshardware benchmarked.

That doesn't matter. Smaller chips with less SPs consumer less power and therefore can be clocked higher. But they also require higher clock rates to achieve the same performance and have less performance per watt. The 660 is a superior chip. At the same power consumption it will always win. If you OC both equally or as high as they will go it will always win. It's priced higher for a reason.
Both of them has the same memory bandwidth -> Same performance via Dolphin (GTX 660 is better with Anti-Aliasing though)
