I know.. and i tryed without AA and 4x SSAA and 8x SSAA nothing worked also i followed your EFB Settings in the FIFA Thread. ;-)

You must be doing something wrong.
Start the game with no AA. When your match is about to start open "Graphics" window. Set AA to 4x. Characters should now be displayed. You can even switch back to no AA if it's too demanding for your system. Characters should still be displayed. I'll add screenshots later on
Today i got my i5 and new Board.. Overclocked to 4,2 GH @ 61°C (141°F) now most Games working at 100%
only NCIS (HLE) 89 - 90% but payable and SXX Blur (HLE) 30 - 40% Speed - Unplayable
tomorrow i will check more, but it is mutch better now ! i also have les sound issues with DSP on Thread.
But still not enought power for LLE

If your aftermarket cooler is good enough , you can overclock i5 3570k to 4.4 or even 4.5GHz
ok. What is the Max temp for this cpu ?
Tj Max = 105°C
You should keep the temp below 85°C with Prime95 (full load - torture test)
Sweet spot : 70- 80°C
im now running with 4,3 GH @ Max 71°C while playing
