Watchdog does nothing for me in Windwaker, Most of the time it's running 100% anyway, but even when it goes slow Watchdog didn't change a thing. (I tried multiple watchdog choices and in those places where it slows down for me nothing changed)

PAL or NTSC?
What's the best setting for most games to set the watchdog at?
Default is 60, 15 and 10 are those you'll want to experiment with first.
If games under low values get speed ups, great, if not, stick with 60.

Q: Can Tortoise SVN patches affect the individual game.ini files? (Just thinking about implementing game specific options)

Why would you need to patch the ini's with Tortoise SVN? Those are simple matter of "edit 'n upload". They aren't all that big.

I just want to make patched and unpatched revisions coexist together for the time being.

When lower values are chose, checks are not made between some frames (the lower the value the less checks are done), giving the CPU part free road to keep going on with core emulation, causing some frames to be skipped and raising the PC cpu core to 100% usage.
.

My Cpu Usage On Quadcore Went up to 80% instead of 60ish. With the Option Lock thread to cores disabled. w

It speed up Zelda wii to perfect playable levels now , no lag there . The only game I really see this lag happening is Monkeyball For Wii version not Gamecube version. Gamecube I got tons more fps .

Window 7 x64 r7600
Intel Q6600
Nvidia 8800gt.
4 gigs BallistiX Ddr 800

Remember Nvidia users turn Off Threaded optimization on your nvidia control panel settings and the Lag disapers in Wii fighting games atleast.

PS. Why doesnt Antilising Help in Naruto fighting games for the Wii? the chareters look all crapy?
CaCoff so theres no problem about them coexisting beacause you can change what setting you want on the config Menu

How do you mean co-exist? It would be the same thing if you edited the inis in Notepad and threw them in a zipped package along with the watchdog patch. All that would need to be different would be that the end-user would have to copy GameConfig into /User.
