I have a Wiimote and Nunchuck and Sensor Bar and Bluetooth 2.1 dongle.
I've gone through many a posts on the hack for the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack. The connection there seems fine.

Every time I hit 'Refresh' the dolphin wiimote menu I get the initialization buzz and first LED stays on solid.

I try to use the controller in the game but nothing is recognized though!

PC, windows 7, good hardware specs
dolphin 3.5 (stable release)
Nintendo brand Wii controller, bluetooth name: Nintendo RVL-CNT-01

Do I have to turn off the keyboard input on the gamepad menu? I've tried that and so many other things, but nothing seems to be working. Do I need to do a secret sequence of button presses that I've been reading about???

Bluetooth, I hate you. Please someone help.
Which game are you trying to play?

Wii version?

If yes in GCPad set Port1 to "Nothing"

Yes, Wii version. I've verified by the Wii instructions some of the villagers tell me.
I've set the GCPad of Pad1 to empty by clearing the current keyboard selection from the drop down menu (keyboard is only option). Still can't recognize input.

Any other things I might be able to try? I appreciate your help.

I think you are not in the right menu, it's in config menu, under GameCube tab (not in GCPad menu)
I definitely was NOT in the right menu. Thank you. Config>>GameCube Tab>>Port 1 is now set to '<Nothing>'. I am still getting no input from the controller (can't get past the 'press any button to continue' screen).

I've noticed the setting under GCPad>>Pad 1 tab>>Device is now set to empty. Is there a special sequence I'm supposed to pair the wiimote with? No hold 1+2 then hit A once then D-pad corners???

After launching the game try to press Alt+F5 (several times if necessary).

If it still doesn't work try to check "Alternate Wiimote Timing" (right click your game, go into "Properties" and check the option)

Thank you. I had no idea that menu was there (and no idea I could change the Wii emulator settings through a GameCube menu). I am still not seeing the "Alternate Wiimote Timing" checkbox, though.

I also seem to be having trouble saving some kind of config file and am wondering if that is part of the issue? Can I also ask what the hokey Alt+F5 does? I tried Alt+every F combination and Ctrl+every F combination. I just found out Alt+F4 closes the current window.
Thank you again for your continued help. I'm sooo close.

See the pic.
