I got an NES USB controller at five below. Big Grin
Those actually look better than super monkey ball jr. Trying to render medium quality assets at a low res is never a good idea. Simple shapes and colors lend themselves better to low res. rendering since less information is lost (less aliasing).

That's why we all love North America.
Does anyone know how to make full screen on Visual Boy Advance look good? It's so fuzzy, and No$gba looks perfect.
By fuzzy do you mean smooth? What is "perfect"?

Perfect (no$gba) is like when the game is fullscreen, it looks as if each pixel is just enlarged but still 1 whole clear color. On Visual Boy Advance, fullscreen is like its fuzzy. It's hard to explain. Like the pixels aren't one clear color, it looks kind of like my GameCube at 480i on my flatscreen.
Show some pics then :3
Set "Disable Filters".

The term for this is "pixelated". It occurs when a nearest neighbor filter is used for scaling. You clearly have some kind of interpolation going on with VBA so just follows MaJoR's advice.
All I had to do was turn on Directx 9 and it was perfecto. Pokémon looks great!
