EDIT: Games seems to run again, though Super Mario Galaxy says it has 50 FPS when it's clearly just 20 (tested with watchdog 10 and 15)

apprently the entire purpose of creating this patch was to boost ssbb, although some other games may benefit from it, the only one i tried it with is zelda: tp, and i had the same result. i just know setting it at 1 breaks things, and 60 is the watchdog default without the config patch
