hi i was just wondering if anybody has similar specs as me and what settings you are using ?

Settings depend on which game(s) you're playing. Default settings are usually enough. They have to be changed for some games though.
And settings for what? Better graphics? Better speed? One specific game?

the game im trying to play is metroid prime trilogy but cant get it to keep 60 fps want setting for best possible graphics while still maintaining 60 fps
, brawl is also another game but im able to keep prety much 60 fps in that game exept from the begging of an stage and when the stage is changing
Metroid Prime games are very demanding. Your processor is good but slightly too weak for these games. That's why you can't maintain full-speed all the time.
In comparison SSBB is less demanding. That's why you got no problem
