I would use the HBC but I'm scared about bricking my Wii.

My drive isn't working with this program. What do I have to do to get it to work with this? Buy a new one?

Mm....You mean the Disk reader?
If is supported you can work with Rawdump 2.1
If not. Mm....Buy one that be supported?

Is there any USB dvd drives that will work for this so I don't have to put another drive into my PC?

Stick any of the supported drives into an external usb enclosure. Rawdump 2.0/2.1 works across usb. Not sure about friidump, it probably supports usb as well.

Hi guys, got a problem
I tried to dump a game with a LG GH20NS15, complete name is:
HL-DT-STDVDRAM GH20NS15 IL00

RawDump says its a faulty drive, Friidump dumps an empty image.
Is this the wrong Firmware-Version?

Damn, I'm frustrated....
Hope someone can help me!

Oh here I had the same problem.
Indeed the dumping process for most of the game I first dumped with "rawdump" worked well, as it was my GC collection,
but then I had trouble for wii games.
"Friidump" solved my case.
So you may want to try also.

Hey guys an extreme newbie here. First of all what does the below mean??

Does this just mean need a dvd drive??? If not, what exactly in the most simplest of ways explainable does it mean haha?

Also is there anything else besides rawdump that can do a better job, do things more quickly than what it does?? I've heard about imgburn but not sure which would be better (of if there's others that are better to use)

You need a drive that can read those discs, normal dvdroms can't.
