Unfortunately I guess the problem might come from your Wiimote. Are you really sure it isn't a 3rd party one?
Also have you uninstalled other stacks? There might be a conflict between them. And can you detect other devices? such as phones for example

Well the box and controller look official, and everything says nintendo. I have found phones. I'll check if there isn't a stack I didn't uninstall correctly.

Same problem here. However, my built-in bluetooth (Asus K53SJ) does pick up the wiimote, it connects, visible in devices, but the leds on the wiimote still blinks when i press anything on it, also, dolphin doesn't find it.
With a 3rd party bluetooth adapter, it doesn't even find the wiimote.
Any tips? :/

Don't press anything on it. Let it blink. Open Dolphin. In "Wiimote" choose "Real Wiimote". It should rumble. If it doesn't then try to click "Refresh"

Nope, not an official one.
Any chance, that this wiimote would work on a real wii?

This is a Wiimote made for a Wii so yeah it will work even if it isn't an official one
