There's not much we can help you with unless we know your Dolphin settings. Click the Config button and take a screenshot of the General tab. Click the Graphics button and take screenshots of the General, Hacks, and Enhancements tabs. A screenshot of the error message itself would be helpful as well.
I can see a black screen. When do you get this error message? When you launch the game?

Yes, when I start the game
If the game doesn't start at all it's likeky to be a bad dump. You might wanna try to redump it
EDIT: dump = a copy of your disc

The problem is not with the game, because he works in OpenGL mode. In Dolphin 3.5 stable, and works in OpenGL DiretcX

What's illegal here? As long as your iso is a copy of your own disc

Why didn't you mention that before?
Btw if it works with stable version why don't you simply use it? The game works just fine with it and you basically have no reason to use anything else
