Thanks! That worked. I can finally get in game and play. Just as you said, the videos were blacked out, but their audio still played. What exactly does Skip EFB Access do? Is there any way to adjust this setting on a per game basis?

To override in a game's settings:
The setting controls direct access from the emulated CPU to the emulated GPU's framebuffer; this operation tends to be slow with PC graphics cards, and Dolphin's implementation isn't very efficient. Skipping the operation is a lot faster, but it usually breaks something because the game is accessing the EFB for a reason (here, to write video frames).

Thanks for the reply. I wasn't able to get that setting to work though. Did I perhaps put it in the wrong place? Where should I place that piece of code?

[Video_Hacks]
EFBAccessEnable = False
in the gameini, see this thread for more info : https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-unofficial-howto-using-gameini-settings-per-game

Thanks. That worked. I was putting it in the right place afterall. Just had to correct the typo. It seems to run pretty well for the most part- except for the missing movies.
